August 1914 has been prepared by members of the Barossa Light
Horse Historical Association. It is a compilation of articles extracted from the Adelaide Advertiser of that period. The selection of articles was based on their importance and relevance to the local population. It should be noted that the spelling and grammar has not been altered from the original and reflects that of the period. Some place names may not be familiar as some have changed over the years. |
